Returns and complaints

How to return products?

The customer has the opportunity to return the products within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To make a return, fill out the return form available on our website and send it with the returned goods to the address listed in the store's terms and conditions. The return form can be found here, it provides an easy and convenient process for submitting returns.

Complaint

In case of complaints, we ask the customer to contact the customer service office. The office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You can contact us by phone at 883 364 284 or by email: casablanca-ewa@o2.pl. Complaints can also be submitted through the form, which is available here. In the situation when during the reception of the shipment, in the presence of the courier, the customer finds damage caused by improper transportation of the ordered items, please ask the courier to draw up a complaint protocol. You should fill out this protocol and return the damaged goods to the address of the online store "CASABLANCA" S.C. Ewa Nieszporek & Henryk Nieszporek, 51A Ludowa Street, 42-200 Czestochowa, together with the protocol signed by yourself and the courier. Keep a copy of the protocol for your own use.In order for the complaint to be considered, please report it within a maximum of 3 days from the date of delivery. Within 14 days of the complaint, we will respond to the report and inform the customer of further proceedings.Unfortunately, we are unable to accept shipments sent back cash on delivery.If the complaint is accepted, the damaged goods will be exchanged for another, full-quality product. If an exchange is not possible (for example, due to out-of-stock), a correction invoice will be issued.

Return from abroad

The procedure for returning from abroad works the same as for domestic returns - the cost of return is borne by the customer. However, keep in mind that the delivery time for returned goods may be longer and the cost higher, due to the international nature of the shipment. Our customer service team is ready to provide all necessary information and support for returns from abroad to make the process smooth and in accordance with the customer's expectations.

Cost of return

The cost of return is borne by the customer. In case the product does not meet the customer's expectations due to damage or non-conformity with the order, the company will cover the cost of return. In such situations, simply contact our customer service department, which will help arrange the return of the goods and refund the shipping costs.
