Delivery

In our store we offer delivery by courier or shipment to a parcel machine, as well as personal pickup at a stationary point in Czestochowa. In the case of orders of large size, containing at the same time very delicate products (such as glass or ceramics), shipping is prepared on a half-pallet or pallet, for safety reasons and to minimize the risk of damage to the order during transport.

We make international deliveries through reputable courier companies, ensuring fast and reliable delivery worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination country, but we always make sure that the delivery options we offer are as efficient and tailored to our customers' needs as possible.

The time for us to process an order is usually about 2-4 business days. During this time, our experienced employees ensure that each product is properly packaged and prepared for shipment. In addition, we strive to keep this time as short as possible, however, this may vary depending on the load on the warehouse and product availability.

When placing an order, the customer has the opportunity to choose the preferred method of delivery, and the cost is given and taken into account during the ordering process.
